We would like to introduce a case where it was adopted in a manufacturing site. ■ Situation Before Implementation When there was an uneven arrangement of the ejection pins, the molded products would get caught and not release properly when being ejected, resulting in them being tilted. ■ After Implementation (Data Analysis and Cause Investigation) By analyzing the equipment downtime data obtained from this product, we identified the molding machines that frequently stopped.
